Hello Angels,
I have been exploring some new products and weird/random things lately as I’ve moved back in with my family after finishing a year of uni.
Here are my November favourites!
Coming in at number 1 is Red Lipstick.
I’ve been loving this so much that I decided to go to Mecca Maxima and buy another red lipstick. I feel that it is so bold, and especially since it’s coming into Christmas time it’s the perfect festive colour.
No. 2: Highlighter
I also discovered highlighter. I know, I know, I’m late to the bandwagon but hey, at least I got there! Ok girls, and guys, highlighter has changed my beauty game. I’ve kinda been going for more natural “no makeup makeup” looks lately and I feel as though highlighter adds just that tiny bit of definition to the face to make my skin look glowy and luminous.
No.3:
Botanical chart Tapestry
I bought this little guy as a treat for myself….even though I’m meant to be saving up for my travels. But I couldn’t help myself. I fell in love with the uniqueness of this design. It reminds me of Spiderwick novels (out of all the the books) how each plant or fantasy monster was drawn on the page like a collage.
No.4:
Coco Chanel Eau De Parfum.
Ugh. My absolute favourite scent. I adore this. I find it feminine and sophisticated. Not to mention I ALWAYS feel super Lux when I’m wearing this. I mean, who wouldn’t? I don’t even need to explain this… you all know what I’m talking about when it comes to Chanel!
No.5:
Vintage Pink Chaise Lounge
I bought this beauty at the start of the year from a secondhand furniture shop but I couldn’t take it to Uni with me so it has stayed at my parents house. Only this week have I been able to start admiring it in my bedroom. It’s so pink!!!
Paloma Medium Velvet Chaise Lounge – Lavender. Made by Decur
No.6:
Fabuloso Hair treatment
This stuff works wonders on bleach blonde hair!! I cannot recommend this product enough. I was sold this at my local hairdressers who told me to use this in the shower as a substitute for my normal conditioner and it has truly worked wonders on my hair. My hair is white/silver on the ends so it usually gets extremely rough and straw-like. This product gives it so much hydration and also works to keep it toned…it’s a double whammy!!
You can get all different sorts of this treatment for different hair types and colours too!
EVO Fabuloso Platinum Blonde Colour Intensifying Conditioner 250ml
No.7:
World Scratch Map
I was super excited when I got this map. I have only been able to scratch off Australia, of course, the USA, and Bali. I can’t wait to reveal more colours by travelling to other continents of the world! It’s extremely satisfying scratching off all the countries!
I definitely recommend this as a christmas gift if you’re stuck on ideas!!
No.8:
Essential Oil Diffuser
This little baby is absolutely amazing! I received this for my birthday and I have literally used it just about every day, I’m not kidding. I cannot get over how good my room smells when I put this on. It lasts for hours and hours with only a tiny 100ml of water! I can choose any scent I want to create the perfect aromatherapy vibes and choose any colour lighting I want to set the mood.
This is another cool gift to get someone if you’re stuck on ideas for Christmas or a birthday! You can get them quite cheap and then add whichever essential oils they enjoy to personalise it!
No.9:
Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara
Ok people, this is one I’ve been finding myself reaching for for the past month or two. This mascara works wonders on my lashes. Similar to my holy grail product, Rimmel Day 2 Night mascara, this mascara has the same sort of brush and I find it to produce a similar effect on my lashes, except better due to the price being a little (or a lot) higher than the Rimmel. But, I think this is a really, really nice finish.
Tarte Cosmetics Tarte Lights, Camera, Splashes! Waterproof Mascara Black
And Finally. No.10:
Instax Polaroid Printer
I find this a better invention than the newer polaroid cameras. If you’re not familiar with these, it is simply a small device which connects to your phone through wifi and you can print any picture you wish into a polaroid. I’m obsessed. The amount of photos I’ve printed is crazy because I just can’t get over the fact that I can print any photo and it’ll come out looking exactly like it’s just been printed by an actual polaroid camera.
Again, this is a good gift to give to someone for christmas or birthdays and it uses the same film as the normal polaroid cameras!
So, that concludes my favourites this month! Let me know what you enjoyed the most this November, I’d love to know!
Also, I hope you found some ideas for gifts if you’re stuck on any. I included links to Amazon for each of the products so that you can find them easier!
Lots of love,
